Deksripsi Mata Kuliah
Mata kuliah Data Raya dan Pemrograman bertujuan agar mahasiswa memiliki pemahaman tentang prinsip dasar Data Raya dan Pemrograman; mampu memanfaatkan keberlimpahan informasi dengan memeroleh, mendalami, dan menciptakan pengetahuan serta mampu mendemonstrasikan pengetahuan dan kemampuan kognitif, serta teknis dalam membuat program sederhana dengan memanfaatkan data raya dan pemrograman untuk bidang keahlian mahasiswa. Pembelajaran diselenggarakan dengan menggunakan yang berpusat pada mahasiswa, yaitu case-based learning dan project-based learning.
Capaian Pembelajaran
Setelah menyelesaikan mata kuliah Logika dan Penalaran Ilmiah, mahasiswa akan mampu:

Mata kuliah Metodologi Penelitian ini mencakup berbagai aspek metodologi penelitian, mulai dari pengembangan masalah penelitian, rumusan, tujuan dan desain Penelitian, teknik pengumpulan data, hipotesis, analisis data, hingga penyusunan laporan penelitian. Pokok bahasan matakuliah ini mencakup jenis penelitian Parametrik dan Penelitian Non Parametrik untuk data penelitian yang tidak memenuhi uji persyaratan analisis. Analisis yang dilaksanakan meliputi data penelitian Korelasional dan berbagai penelitian Komparatif atau uji perbandingan. Pembelajaran dilaksanakan dengan menerapkan pendekatan student centered learning, metode penugasan, case method dan project-based learning, yang dilaksanakan secara tatap muka dan online (dalam jaringan) yang tersentralisasi pada platform LMS. Penilaian dilakukan melalui ujian tulis, penilaian tugas/produk, dan penilaian tugas individu.

Saat ini kita telah sampai pada materi Budaya Organisasi, salah satu topik penting dalam memahami dinamika kehidupan kerja dan keberlangsungan sebuah organisasi. Pada kesempatan kali ini teman-teman akan mempelajari tentang Budaya Organisasi.
Apa itu Budaya Organisasi?
Budaya organisasi merupakan sekumpulan nilai, keyakinan, norma, dan kebiasaan yang dianut bersama oleh anggota organisasi. Budaya ini berfungsi sebagai identitas organisasi, yang membedakan satu organisasi dengan organisasi lainnya. Ia memengaruhi bagaimana anggota bekerja, mengambil keputusan, serta berinteraksi baik di dalam maupun di luar organisasi.
Tujuan Pembelajaran :
Melalui materi ini, Anda diharapkan dapat:

Dengan memahami materi ini, diharapkan teman-teman akan lebih mudah mengerti mengapa orang-orang bekerja dengan cara tertentu, serta bagaimana pemimpin dapat memengaruhi arah organisasi melalui budaya yang dibangun.
