Human Resource Management (MSDM) course is an elaboration of management concepts related to human resource management. Human resources are strategic assets of the organization that will determine the competitive advantage of the organization.

This management functional course (MSDM) discusses the introduction to human resource management, strategy, and analysis of human resource management, recruitment, placement, compensation, talent management, and learning about the training and development process in organizations.

At the end of the lesson, students will be invited to explore further topics of enrichment in human resource management such as ethics, fair treatment in the workplace, relations between workers, as well as occupational safety, and employee health.

Operationally, this course uses blended learning, combining face-to-face meetings and online meetings. Lectures will be conducted online or online but all the exams will be conducted offline.
