Learning outcomes

2. Able to solve design problems, technology, and or art in the field of Education Management through interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches that refer to the basic concept in leadership and behavior of educational organization;

3. Able to Solve technological science problems, and or art in the field of Education Management through an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach that refers to the understanding of the nature of managerial skills;

4. Able to Solve problems of science, technology, and or art in the field of Education Management through an interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approach that refers to the concepts of managerial skill traits;

1. generate knowledge by understand and identify the nature of managerial work and perspective of effective leadership behavior;

2. Produce solutions to efforts to solve science problems on participation in leadership, delegation, and empowerment as well as the initial contingency theory of effective leadership as well as Gender, diversity, and cross-cultural leadership

6. Produce benefits to improve the quality of Education Management education through an interdisciplinary, or multidisciplinary approach that refers to solutions related to ethical, service, spiritual, and authentic leadership and decisions;
