Management Strategic for MSDM, This course will discuss the concept of strategy and formulation process, formation, implementation and evaluation of strategies. The scope of the discussion of this course includes; strategic direction or vision (mission, vision, values and objectives), external environmental analysis, identification of internal resources and capabilities, development and strategic selection at the corporate, business and functional levels, implementation and execution of strategies; evaluation and strategic control. Students are developed to have the ability to think strategically, make strategic decisions and look at various business issues from the company's overall perspective.
