Empirical Models In Human Resources Management, This course will discuss the research models of a highly accredited journal with excellent reputation (Q1 for Scopus, high IF for WoS). In each journal studied will be discussed research design, Research Method, Discussion, and Novelty of the research. At the end of the lecture students will be billed a draft of the article script in accordance with the theme that will be dubbed into the dissertation of each student.
