Business and Management

Business and Management is a basic course given in the Graduate Management Science S3 Program of UNJ so that students have a platform of knowledge, understanding, application, and evaluation of everything related to management and business. This course focuses discussion theoretically and practically and provides a briefing on the management / management of business activities of a company (manufacturing / services). Effective and efficient business/company management is intended to form an integrated value chains system between managerial functions (planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling) and operational/functional (finance, marketing, operations & production, and human resources), so as to create sustainable competitive advantage in optimizing business opportunities through qualified human resources & organizational resources, and advanced physical resources.
