Psychometric aims to give students the ability to develop new knowledge, technology and or art in the field of scientific research and evaluation of education or professional practice through research to produce innovative, original and tested work that produces a variety of characteristic grains among others and normal Ojai model; to solve new science, technology, and/or arts problems in the field of education research and evaluation through interdisciplinary, or multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches both on Rasch models, and logistics models; to solve new science, technology, and/or art problems in the field of research and evaluation of education through interdisciplinary, or multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches both on the theory of appropriate grain response and parameter estimation; to solve new science, technology, and/or art problems in the field of research and evaluation of education through interdisciplinary, or multidisciplinary and transdisciplinary approaches both on the model of grain characteristics, information functions points and identity points; and to manage, lead development research and deaminate and publish the results of research that is beneficial to society and science in the field of research and evaluation of education, in the area of research assembly of questions, forms of exams and polytomy grains and able to get national and international recognition.
