Introduction to Linguistics (Nurina Azyyati)

This course is an introduction to linguistics, discussing the nature of linguistic science, language knowledge—particularly English—including its elements, fields of linguistics, the communities that use it, as well as its functions and varieties. This course uses a case study method, allowing students to identify small-scale linguistic cases in their surroundings.
