Management accounting

In general, the Management Accounting course discusses management accounting concepts and provides an overview of the role and work of a management accountant in a company which is related to planning, controlling, decision making, and other functions. These concepts include an introduction to management accounting, the concept of cost behavior, activity-based accounting, profit volume cost analysis, budgeting, flexible budgeting, standard costs, differential cost analysis, quality costs, and performance evaluation.
